The educators at Martin Luther Daycare are educated, experienced and bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our programs and services. Our Educators are knowledgeable, reflective, resourceful and rich in experience. The goals and expectations for the program and educators are to provide the best experiences and outcomes for children, families, and educators which include an environment and program that cultivates authentic, caring relationships and connections to create a sense of belonging among and between children, adults and the world around them.
Every program is led by a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE), who has either a diploma and/or a university degree in Early Childhood Education, and is supported by at least one program assistant (ECA).
